UNDERSTAND PEOPLE
NAVIGATE COMPLEXITY
Exploring human bahavior, lived experience, and change across organizations, cultures, and communities.
My work sits at the intersection of behavioral research, psychology, culture, and human experience. I use qualitative inquiry to understand how people make meaning, navigate change, build relationships, and respond to complex social and organizational environments.
Drawing on research experience alongside years of client-facing work, I bring together rigorous analysis and a practical understanding of people, communication, and behavior. My interests span organizations and communities, from customer and stakeholder experience to consciousness, embodiment, culture, and relational forms of knowledge.

SELECTED WORK

Qualitative & Behavioral Research
Designing research that uncovers how people think, experience change, and create meaning. From in-depth interviews and qualitative analysis to Grounded Theory and mixed-methods research, I investigate complex human experiences across organizations, cultures, and communities

HUMAN INSIGHT
BETTER DECISIONS
Human behavior sits behind every decision, relationship, and process of change. I combine qualitative research, behavioral insight, and real-world experience to understand what people value, how they interpret their environments, and what shapes the way they respond to complexity.
HOW I WORK
DEPTH IN COMPLEX QUESTIONS
Looking beyond surface explanations to identify patterns, tensions, context, and the human dynamics shaping complex experiences.
EVIDENCE-LED ANALYSIS
Bringing together interviews, qualitative data, behavioral frameworks, and multiple perspectives to develop rigorous and well-grounded interpretations.
INSIGHT INTO PRACTICE
Translating complex findings into clear narratives, meaningful recommendations, presentations, and conversations that support understanding and action.

FROM COMPLEX QUESTIONS TO MEANINGFUL INSIGHT
I begin with the question rather than a predetermined answer. Through qualitative and behavioural research, I explore the people, contexts, and perspectives that shape complex human experiences. By identifying patterns, tensions, and connections across the evidence, I turn complexity into clear, grounded insight that can inform both understanding and action.
